Returns & refunds

Most of our stock is second-hand, ex-display or clearance, but you still have real rights when you buy from us online. Here's how returns and refunds work in plain English.

Changed your mind

Online purchases carry a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The 14 days starts the day after you receive the item, or the day after you collect it. Tell us within that 14 days that you want to cancel, then send the item back to us within a further 14 days of telling us.

How returns work

Message us first, via our contact page, so we know it's coming. Items come back to us in Barry. You cover the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty. For big or bulky items we can arrange collection and deduct the actual cost from your refund; we'll agree that with you first.

Refunds

We refund the original payment method within 14 days of the item arriving back with us, or within 14 days of you showing proof you've sent it. We may reduce the refund if an item comes back used or damaged beyond what checking it over in a shop would cause.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you can reject it within 30 days for a full refund, and we cover the cost of returning it. After 30 days we'll repair, replace or refund as the law provides. Most of our stock is used, ex-display or clearance, so wear consistent with the listing photos and description isn't a fault. Anything we didn't describe accurately is on us.
